Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps Pre-Cooked Freezer Meal
1 Zaycon Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into pieces.
½ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
When you are ready the rest of the recipe:
2 cups plain panko bread crumbs.
4-6 large lettuce leaves, such as Bibb
1 cup coked quinoa
½ cup diced tomato
½ cup diced avocado
Blue cheese or ranch dressing and scallions to garnish.
Thaw chicken in sauce. Coat each piece in the breadcrumbs and put on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Assemble wraps with the ingredients and drizzle with dressing and scallions.
