Oh so simple is this lovely little recipe! And of course it’s delicious, too, especially when prepared using Zaycon Fresh Old Fashioned Boneless Applewood Smoked Ham. Before we get into the meat of the recipe (heh… sorry), also note that it can be prepared using linguini, rotini, fusilli; really any pasta you prefer will make a great meal, but the longer, thinner varieties let you wrap up a ham, cheese, and olive-laden bite that will tantalize the taste buds and transport you to Tuscany or Torino, if only for dinner time.
That said, chances are you have everything you need to make this meal in your kitchen right now. Just sub dried parsley for fresh should you need, and then get cookin’.

What You Need:
- 2 cups slivered cooked Zaycon Fresh Old Fashioned Boneless Applewood Smoked Ham
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 8 ounces spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup sliced black olives
- salt and pepper to taste
What You Do:
- Melt butter in a large skillet and lightly sauté the Zaycon Fresh Old Fashioned Boneless Applewood Smoked Ham and garlic.
- Cook pasta, drain and add to skillet.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese, half the parsley, eggs and olives.
- Remove from heat and toss with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.
