Pork Marinades: The “Icing” On Top

In Uncategorized by Steven JohnLeave a Comment

When you set out to make a great cake, you need to use the right batter, cook it at the right temperature for the right amount of time, and then carefully apply the right icing. A “cake” without icing might still be delicious… but it’s really just sweetened bread. Likewise icing without a cake to cover is still sweet, but it’s not something you’d serve at a dinner party.

When it comes to a great cut of pork (oh… say… a Zaycon Fresh Premium Pork Tenderloin), the same holds true: a great piece of pork tastes great on its own. But to serve a superlative meal, you need to add a marinade that pairs with the pork just like icing completes the cake.

And surprise, surprise… we’ve got some great marinade ideas for ya! Whether you want to cook it up yourself or just dump it out of the jar, one of these sweet/savory/spicy pork marinades will do the trick, taking your pork all the way up to 11.
