Split Pea & Ham Soup à la Julia Child

In Recipes by Steven John3 Comments

When you prepare Split Pea Soup using Julia Child’s recipe and add Zaycon Fresh‘s celebrated Old Fashioned Applewood Smoked Ham, you create a meal that’s simply perfection in a bowl. This soup is delicious, nutritious, and filling. It’s a hearty, warming meal that’s perfect for the fall’s frosty weather, and it will taste great enjoyed fresh or made in big batches and frozen for future feasting.

Another reason we love this soup? It’s so easy to make. Once it’s prepped and in the pot or slow cooker, let it simmer for an hour, or for three! It only gets better with time.
